The collection includes more than 200 works spanning original artworks, reproductions, wall coverings, commissioned pieces, and murals, all thoughtfully integrated throughout shared spaces. The artwork complements the building’s sophisticated architecture and waterfront setting along the New River, creating an inviting sense of place that reflects the community’s emphasis on quality, comfort, and a strong visual connection to its surroundings.

Kristin Cronic
A Jacksonville, Florida–based artist and former U.S. Navy officer, began painting while stationed at sea, finding freedom and reflection through nature. Inspired by plants as symbols of resilience, her work now explores domestic life, motherhood, and human connection. She earned her MFA from Jacksonville University in 2022, where she teaches drawing. Her paintings and mixed-media works are held in collections including the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, the U.S. Pentagon, and the U.S. Naval Academy Museum.

Nicolette Capuano
Nicolette Capuano, based in Dallas, TX, is a professionally trained artist who earned her BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design and continued her studies in Florence, Italy.
She is the founder and principal designer of Nicolette Atelier, a bespoke mural and decorative arts studio serving residential and commercial clients, as well as the interior design and architectural community.
After initially focusing on large-scale, one-of-a-kind murals, Capuano expanded her practice in 2017 with the launch of Abstract Art Nicolette, a contemporary art line influenced by graphic design, landscape, and architectural forms. Her work explores balance, color theory, texture, and harmony through meditative compositions.
