For this Namdar-owned building in Jersey City, a sleek, contemporary collection was curated to bring a cool, modern energy to the property. The works combine digital art and photography, balancing architectural edge, atmospheric abstraction, and refined visual texture.
The collection includes work by Blue Bliss, whose digital piece introduces a crisp, minimal sense of structure and light; Masahiro Hiroike, whose photographic works bring dramatic movement, shadow, and sculptural detail; and the Studio Team, whose soft digital composition adds a contemporary yet subtle wash of color.
