Timeline

  • Stage 1

    Discovery

    Discuss vision, budget, timeline and other project details. Understand preferences, dislikes, desired aesthetic, and artist locality.

  • Stage 2

    Artist Lookbooks

    Conduct research and outreach to artists. Produce presentation of carefully selected talent and their representative works.

  • Stage 3

    Concept Delivery

    Deliver a detailed proposal with options for client review. This includes specifics such as mural dimensions, materials to be used, timeline, cost estimates, and site-specific mockups.

  • Stage 4

    Concept Revisions

    Finetune details such as adjusting palette, composition, or design location. Send final design to the client.

  • Stage 5

    Final Concept Delivery & Logistics

    Execute final concept approval and confirm all plans meet their requirements for the project.

  • Stage 6

    Installation and Handover

    Mobilize pre-production planning to ensure deadlines will be met. Arrange status reporting, provide updates bi-weekly with progress photos, and coordinate final walk-through with the client.
